Policies & Privacy
Ordering Procedure
Every order should follow these steps before LG Medical Supplies ships the item(s).
1. Submit order to LG Medical Supplies
2. LG Medical Supplies will verify and confirm the order including type of brands, and other specifications. Then, the total amount of the ordered items will be sent to the buyer.
3. Buyer needs to pay the amount through the payment method mentioned in the "PAYMENT" clause. Upon successful sending the amount, the buyer needs to inform LG Medical Supplies through email, text message or phone call that the payment has been made.
4. Upon receipt of the payment, LG Medical supplies will process and ship the order.
Payment
Payment for the goods is direct bank deposits at selected commercial banks or by money transfer with Western Union, LBC and other institution available for both parties. We reserve the right exclude certain types of payment in an individual case.
PAYMENT CUT OFF Time
Our cut off time is at 12:00 pm. Payment received on or before 12:00 pm will be processed and shipped on the same day. Meanwhile, payment received after 12:00 pm will be processed but the shipment will take place on the following business day.
Shipping Method
All goods are shipped via LBC unless specified at the time of order.
LG Medical Supplies reserves the right to choose the best shipping method when necessary.
LG Medical Supplies shall not be held liable for shipment delays caused by shippers, customs or other uncontrollable natural causes.
Damages in Transit
Please check the delivery immediately upon receipt of goods for completeness and intactness. If the parcel is damaged externally, please complain immediately to the deliverer before accepting the goods. If the parcel is intact, but the goods are damaged, please complain likewise to the deliverer without delay. In both instances please also contact us. If you assign your claims against the carrier you will receive compensation/replacement for the damaged items at your earliest convenience.
Data protection
All personal data will of course be treated confidentially. The data necessary for the development of the business will be stored and, if necessary, within the framework of the handling of the order, passed on to associate companies.
Return privilege
You can return the received goods, without giving reasons, within two weeks by sending back the goods. Returns are at your expense. LG Medical Supplies will not be responsible for the expenses for shipping of return items.

LG Medical Supplies is a home-based business and has no official registration from the government. For this reason we do not give and be responsible for official receipts. If you need an official receipt please advice upon ordering so that LG Medical Supplies could ask and issue a receipt through the whole sale store where the item(s) were purchased.
